To add to the charm of email marketing is the social media integration aspect, which is huge for companies. According to a 2010 Email Marketing Trends survey, 59.9% of employers plan to place a “follow us” link in email messages while 53.3% plan to place a link to email messages on social media pages.

Prediction: Email marketing will most likely become increasingly popular in the online marketing world and will potentially remain one of the most effective marketing strategies out there.
